 *The “OUTLINED INTERLINEAR NT”: Its Relationship*

*To The “ORGANIC LASER-TELESCOPE” -*

*Its FIRST and FOREMOST CORPORATE PART*


 *I need to continually reiterate - “The Outlined Interlinear NT” is not an
end in itself! It is a key means to a greater end! Beyond the Sacred Page -
we seek Thee, Lord! The Bible itself is but a pointer to our Lord Jesus,
Who is the Living Word!*


 *And what is a chief key to make this happen? Bible Meditation! Praying
over the Word! Praying on one's knees over the Word! This was the secret of
the extreme fruitfulness of the lives of George Muller and George
Whitefield.*


 *The first time I heard from the Lord was in my unconverted state in the
Fall of 1942, while a second year student at the University of British
Columbia in the College of Arts & Commerce. As I was reading Psalm
107:23-24, He spoke to my spirit very clearly: “Join the Navy, and I'll
reveal Myself to you!” This was just a month or so before the death of
Russian Ivan Panin in Aldershot, Ontario. It is now 70 years later. I
remember another 70-year time-frame. Daniel, as a captive in the 3rd empire
of his captivity, after 70 years, read in the book of Jeremiah that Judah
was to be a captive in Babylon for 70 years because of her flagrant sins.
The 70 yeas was now up. So in Daniel 9 we read of Daniel's intercessory
prayer for God to end the 70 years of captivity. It was done by Cyrus, who
was named 100's of years before his birth!*


 *Panin died in 1942, saddened that his 50 years of 100,000 hours of labor
in producing the Bible Numeric Greek NT text and his English translation of
it - had not been put together into an Interlinear format.*


 *On Passover of 1944, 9 months after I obeyed the Lord in joining the Navy
- He fulfilled His promise and gloriously revealed Himself to me. I felt I
too could jump over the moon - like the cow in the nursery rhyme. I walked
in the euphoria of the new birth for months.*


 *Then in July of that same year, Dr. Jewel from Calgary, Alberta
introduced me to the works of Ivan Panin. Following my discharge from the
Navy at the end of World War II, I ordered all the books “by” or “on” Ivan
Panin posted on the 2 pamphlets Dr. Jewel had given me. When they arrived
in the Fall of 1945 in Saskatoon, I was captivated by the Introduction to
Panin's Greek New Testament. Here I learned that not only did Bible
Numerics establish the original text of the 27 books of the Greek NT, but
it also established the correct sentence, subdivision, paragraph and
section divisions of each of these same books.*


 *As a committed “outliner” - I outlined the book of Ephesians according to
Panin's discovery. I was so blessed, that I'm not sure that I walked on
earth for days. I was so captivated with the extraordinary insights that
came to me through this outlining - that I offered myself to God to outline
the entire NT on the basis of this discovery. I received another “word”
from the Lord, commissioning me to do so for His sake, and to fulfill the
desire of Panin.*


 *In 1967 He again spoke to me - “Get MY NT done!” I learned from this it
was not Panin's - not mine - not any team of helpers - but it was
God'sOutlined Interlinear NT. I flew at the completion of this
project, and the
manuscript became a 2-binder some 5 inches high. I typed up Panin's entire
English translation, leaving room to write in by hand underneath - his
corresponding Bible Numeric Greek text, and above each sentence a summary.
I gathered the sentence summaries into subdivisions; these into paragraph
summaries; these into section or chapter equivalents; and these into the 27
NT book summaries. From this I received spiritual insights into God and His
Word, that made these 40,000 hours or so - well worth it.*


 *Also on February 12, 1967, in response to the request of my wife Marie, I
asked God for His insights on the true purpose of our marriage. In His
answer - He gave me two visions, proving that “Two are Better than One!”
The first He as Lord showed Himself as the Head of an Observatory. He said
that because we had been faithful in working on two of the 7 Component
Parts of an “Organic Laser-Telescope”, Marie and I had the privilege of
being together to see the assemblage of these 7 parts, and the
extraordinary results this instrument would accomplish in the Lords' hands.*


 *The first and foremost of the 7 component parts He said - was the “Outlined
Interlinear NT” based on Ivan Panin's two Bible Numeric texts. The second
had to do with the City Church concept with an Eldership in the Gate of
each city. The next 5 component parts He did not at that time reveal,
because I did not have a direct part in their preparation.*


 *In 2000 AD our son Jim saw my need of a Website, and effectively prepared
this for me. It was chiefly to permit readers to go directly there to
receive the 12 Embryonic revival principles that came together in the 1948
Visitation in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.*


 *In 2007 my grandson Keelan Long volunteered to update this Website, so
that an “Archive” section could make available the various articles I was
then writing. I asked him if he could also provide a section for the
“Outlined Interlinear NT”, which he also did (at considerable time and
labor on his part). For my birthday in July 2008, my wife Marie presented
me with a Laptop to expedite the printing of this entire Interlinear.*


 *On October 31, 2009 God directed me to call together a Pilot Prayer Team
to “activate” the “Organic Laser-Telescope”. Almost immediately we were
called upon to believe for a miracle of near resurrection in California. It
took place! Then on December 7, 2009, an Intercessory team in Minnesota had
a break-through, and contacted us that they believed God would give to us
an extraordinary revelation on the 68th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor. That
morning the Lord graciously answered my prayer of February 12, 1967, and
revealed the last 5 component parts of the Laser-Telescope: 3) Prayer
Multiplication, linked with the Menorah of the Tabernacle, set forth by
Pastor Ern Baxter; 4) The 12 Embryonic Revival Principles of 1948, linked
with George Hawtin and the Table of Bread in the Tabernacle; 5) Worship &
Intercession linked with Rees Howells and Andrew Murray at the Altar of
Incense; 6) Focus on Jesus linked with Oswald Chambers and the Ark of the
Covenant in the Holy of Holies; 7) and Meditation on the “Outlined
Interlinear NT” linked with George Muller and George Whitefield at the
“Mercy Seat”.*


 *In 1967 God linked 1) Panin's Interlinear with the Brazen Altar, where
Jesus fulfilled the 5 offerings of Leviticus 1-7; and 2) the City Church
concept with an Eldership in each Gate - linked with Roland Allen and the
Tabernacle Laver.*


 *In 2010 I turned the leadership of the Pilot Prayer Team over to Elvin
Gladney. He shared with Timothy Johnson of Moses Lake the vision of the
“Outlined Interlinear NT” as the chief component part of the “Organic
Laser-Telescope.” Timothy felt God leading him as a Printer to offer his
services in printing the “Interlinear”. Elvin pushed me to complete the
Interlinear, placing it all on our Website. This I did on December 31,
2010. In January 2011, Keelan Long our grandson, Elvin Gladney, Timothy
Johnson and his associate Jim Blanchard met in our home to further plan the
format for printing the Interlinear in both book form and E-book. At Moses
Lake in January of that year; Cultus Lake, BC for the “Prayer for Canada”
national conference; Portland in May; and Abbotsford BC in June, we saw a
demonstration in each of these 4 cities of the power of the “Organic
Laser-Telescope” through its chief component part of the “Interlinear”.*


 *Then in August God gave Elvin a graduation present, and elevated him to
His heavenly Kingdom at the age of 53. Through God's pre-arrangement, Jim
Ray stepped into his place of leadership in the PPT, and as chairman for
the Printing , publication and Distribution of the Interlinear NT.*


 *On February 12, 2012, the 64th Anniversary of the 1948 Visitation in
Northern Canada, 200 copies of the Interlinear Gospels were made available
at Coeur d”Alene, Idaho's “Fullness of Time” Conference. There Kari
Browning interviewed me on “God's TV”, and all 200 copies went within an
hour. Now for Pentecost Sunday, it appears likely that the entire “Outlined
Interlinear NT” will be in the hands of the Printer, and ready for
printing, the 70th Anniversary of the death of Ivan Panin.*


 *But - through many dangers, toils and snares we have already come - But
grace has brought us safe thus far - and grace will bring us home! Many
Satanic hindrances and difficulties have occurred throughout this time. At
the same time, amazing victories have also occurred, master-minded by the
Lord.*


 *Because the Lord commissioned me to see the fulfillment of Panin's hopes
and dreams of 1942, and because He has shown me so clearly that the
Interlinear is not an end int itself - but the chief component part for the
means to the end. - Therefore I have for His sake been placed in a deciding
position for each stage of this endeavor. My family through the Website
production in 2000; its update in 2007; the laptop in 2008; a contract in
2011 - all show their part in the background of this production.*


 *However, the Pilot Prayer Team and Printer are all deeply involved not
only in prayer for the Interlinear production - but also for the function
of the “organic Laser-Telescope” in a “Spiritual Star Wars” effect. This is
an area of discipleship that goes beyond straight conversion. When Jesus'
family had concerns on His behalf and wished to bring Him out of a meeting
- He said - Who are my mother, brothers and sisters? They who hear and do
the will of my Father. In this sense I have two families. A natural family
that has been a tremendous help in the past. And a spiritual family
committed to the two-fold vision: not just the production of the
Interlinear; but also its fitting into the 7-fold instrument - to further
God's Kingdom in an even greater dimension.*


 *Because of this, I as author of the Interlinear, commissioned by God for
its final purpose, have made the decision to stand by the spiritual family
for full Printing, Publishing and Distribution. In doing this have I
rejected y natural family? Not at all. The very fact they have contributed
in a 4-fold manner to the preparation of this is proof of that.*


 *But to preserve unity of the final phases, I have moved primarily with
the discipleship team in decision making. This Jesus did with His own
family also. And in the end, how did it turn out with Him? On the Cross he
turned his mother over to His beloved disciple John. She was one of the 120
that awaited His promise of the Father in the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.
Quite possibly 2 of His half-brothers who formerly did not understand Him
or believe in Him, James and Jude, also were there. They later became 2 of
the 8 writers of the NT - and James became the chief apostolic pastor of
the Church of Jerusalem.*


 *I believe all members of all families - can move up to positions of
blessing and authority to satisfy and fulfill all their desires and
