 * BRINGING THE TWELVE 1948 EMBRYONICS TO MATURITY** - 2008-11-15*


 In July of 1992 my wife Marie and I had just returned from attending the
"Feast of Pentecost" in Jerusalem on June 6th. It coincided with the Jewish
Feast of Shavuot, the "lunar" year Feast coinciding with the "solar"
Christian Feast. This rarely occurs! But - yet more! It was the
25thanniversary of the return of Jerusalem to the new Israel as a
nation during
the 6 Day War of 1967. Never again will these 3 events coincide! One million
tourists were present for this tri-fold occasion!


 God spoke to me that day early in the morning, across from the Gate of
Zion, concerning the speed-up of His last day time. To accommodate our point
of view, He referred to the last verses of Ezekiel 12 for confirmation.


 The next month in vision He appeared to me in the person of the leader of
the 1948 North Battleford Latter Rain Visitation. He said, "I am too old to
lead in another revival. You and Marie were with us at that time and
understand the significance of the coming together of these 12 Embryonic
Revival Principles. I pass the Torch to you. Take it, and bring to *maturity
* these 12 Principles. They shall be parameters of safety for the next and
last great visitation prior to our Lord's return."


 I had a feeling of awe and almost holy fear at the thought of this. But
from that time to this day I started praying over the events of 1948, and
linking these 12 Revival principles with the 12 Tribes of Israel. At the
instigation of Richard Long of Ontario I put them to print in 2000, and my
son enabled me to put them on a Website *www.2rbetter.org *under
"Embryonics."


 In December of 2007 Rector John Roddam of St. Luke's Episcopal church of
Seattle put together the 1948 events under 10 heads, and with the help of
Stuart Spani of Canada, chaired a "Talk Show" as it were in our home,
producing a 3 DVD set of these ten 30 minute segments. You can procure this

*The Rev'd. Dr. John Roddam felt that the events of that time ought to be
documented on the 60th Anniversary of that Visitation, and because I am the
last of the 7 elders still alive from the 1948 Summer Camp Meeting, he felt
the time was right.


 Pastor David Rathnam and his wife Gloria procured a copy of the above, and
shared it with their congregation in Abbotsford, BC. As a result we were
invited to share in person what we experienced 60 years ago! That was the
year Marie and I married, 60 years ago. That was the year Marie entered
God's Kingdom and the anointing of His Spirit. That was the year Israel
became a nation after 1900 years!


 For our 80th birthdays in 2003, we had 4 preachers share within the
framework of less than an hour: Dr. John Roddam, Dr. Bruce Norquist, Pastor
Tom Isenhart (who chaired both these services, and the testimony luncheon
that followed) and Pastor Joe McIntyre. During the part of the service when
they prayed over us, Joe McIntyre had a personal prophecy for me that was
not a confirmation of what God had formerly revealed, but was new. I did not
reject it, but held it on a back burner as it were for the last 5 years. It
concerned an affinity I had with the spirit of Caleb.


 Then on Wednesday November 5th 2008, very early in the morning, God visited
me with confirmation for Joe's word. He said, "As I used Caleb at the age of
85 to destroy the 3 giants of Hebron at the time Joshua was leading in the
taking of the land of Canaan from 7 nations, each one larger than Israel -
so at 85 I will use you - not to take out flesh and blood enemies - but to
effectively deal with spiritual enemies, according to Ephesians 6:12
(6:10-20)." - *"For our :wrestling is not against blood and flesh, but
against the principalities, against the authorities, against the
world-rulers of this :darkness, against the spirituals of the wickendness in
the heavenlies."* This will bring meaning to the visions I gave you for your
wife Marie at her request in 1967. The first vision I commanded you to name
'Spiritual Star Wars.' It had to do with an 'Automated Laser Telescope,'
that President Ronald Reagan was interested in during his Presidency. It did
not become activated, but it so concerned the Soviets that they spent
extensive money to counteract their fears concerning the aims of President
Reagan. After the fall of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics in 1991,
some of their leaders said that the fall was a direct result of their
financial overspending at that time.


 But this first vision was immediately followed by a second, in which the
key leader was the same in both visions. In the second there were 70 elders
behind Marie and myself on a huge parade square. Behind the 70 were 490 men,
forming 70 teams of 8 - much like the John Wesley Class Meetings copied by
Lenin. The leading general informed us that we were to deploy these 70 teams
throughout his battalions to the left of us as far as eye could see, and
share with all other cities and nations.


 It wasn't till November 5th that I fully understood the interpretation of
the '67 visions, and how the "Caleb" prophecy said the same thing, but in a
different yet complementary way.


 God made it clear that up to this time He had *not activated* the
"spiritual star wars" concept. It was in His mind reserved for these last
days. But from now on we could expect to see Him activate this concept. Each
team of 8 would be like an organic automated Laser Telescope. God would weld
together in 70 cities of Canada these 70 teams of 8. They would be so
unified, submitted, disciplined to Jesus, sensitive to Him and one another,
- that *He* - Jesus, through the power of the Holy Spirit, could point them
as a Presbytery in the Gate of each of the 70 cities at the spiritual giants
- principalities and powers in the heavenlies over each city - and with a
spiritual laser effect - eliminate them!


 Just as God through Urim and Thummim showed David to make an ambush
the 2ndtime the Philistines attacked - and remain inactive
*till* they heard God's angels on the attack above the trees - then he
should go in wth his men to mop up! - so we will have our follow-up
responsibiliy.


 For the first time since 1967, 1985, 1992, and 2003, I have begun to
understand the Strategy, Tactics, and Logistics of the Lord in this last day
spiritual battle about to be released. "Spiritual Star Wars" is about to be
*activated* in 70 cities in Canada, and 70 cities in the US. It will then be
"hands across the border" for God's last day purposes.


 God uses *remnants!* - He whittled Gideon's 32,000 down to 300 to defeat
the Midianites. He used 70,000 in Wesley's Class Meetings in the mid 1700's
to stave off from Great Britain the French Revolution.


 He needs but 8 in the Gate of a City to nullify Satan's spiritual leaders
over that city. A Caleb-spirit linked with youth will be more than adequate.


 I believe it is quite possible that God can demonstrate this concept in an
Abbotsford, a Creston, a Victoria - and then like wild-fire move swiftly
across Canada. Or - He can take a Seattle, a Portland, a Spokane and a
Vancouver BC - and through 4 such cities like Samuel's 4 cities - move
swiftly across the United States and Canada, until from the base of 140
cities - He can leap the Atlantic, spreading like wild-fire across Europe,
Asia, Africa, South America, the Islands of the Sea - and see the return of
His Son as King of kings and Lord of lords.


 Marie and I have been invited to share this concept early next year on
Vancouver Island, in Northern California, and again in Abbotsford for the
third time. Two such prayer teams are even now being formed in Abbotsford.


 He that has ears - *will* hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches. 8
members in the Gate of cities composed of the 5-fold ministries - can be
used of the Lord to *take* that city. This could be a fitting way to end
this age. This ties in with the 12 Embryonic Revival Principles of 1948, 60
years ago - with the organic automated laser telescope. The time of *
activation* of the 60-year promise is at hand! Who will hear - and who will
partner with the Lord and 7 other members? J.W.
