*Portland, Oregon Report from 2011-04-17*


 *Elvin Gladney and I had an interesting meeting in Portland. Good results -
helpful insights. Glenn & Cynthia Palmatier of Portland hosted a one day
conference with Elvin and myself as speakers and expediters to see the City
Church and Presbytery in the Gate - take place in Portland.*


 *Moses Lake Conference earlier in the year sparked the vision for this to
take place.*


 *Some 50 or so met in the afternoon from Portland and regions about - and
it seemed some 80-100 at night.*


 *The 7 Component Parts of God's Laser Telescope to operate in His Spiritual
Star Wars was a significant emphasis, plus the 9-power enablements to make
the above operate. Also the significance and importance of all the 12
Embryonic Revival Principles to be brought to maturity as a key ingredient,
plus Prayer Multiplication based on Covenant. Look at our Website: <

 *The Outlined Interlinear Greek New Testament for Laymen seemed to be a
strong target that the Holy Spirit emphasized*


 *Then the Lord led Elvin to close with the same format we used at Cultus
Lake, BC, for the “Prayer Canada” National Conference in March. All those
desiring to be a part of God's goal for Portland and surrounding cities and
towns were all prayed for. We had 2 lines led by Elvin and me to pass
through, and be prayed for with laying on of hands. A strong sense of the
presence of the Lord was there, and a sense also that God had made
break-through, and that fruit would come from this day.*


 *However, Elvin felt strongly that just as our Pilot Prayer Team of 8 here
in Metropolitan Seattle/Tacoma is a strong necessity for God's goals to be
achieved - so in other cities like Portland - first a Pilot Prayer Team with
a nucleus of 8 to represent the same number of local churches in that city -
would be needed to pray into being a functioning city church with a
functioning Eldership in the Gate - as in Acts 13:1-3 for the City Church of
Antioch.*


 *If all of us who read this undergird this insight, I believe with Eldon
that we can see the multiplication of Pilot Prayer Teamls in cities, followed
by functioning City Churches with Elderships (Presbyteries) in the Gate of
each of these cities.*


 *Easy? Not at all. It will take a Romans 6 experience for all of us -
baptized with Jesus into His death - but also risen with Him in Holy Spirit
Resurrection Power! This is the key to God's strategy.*


 *I will be sharing this spiritual warfare concept in June in Abbotsford and
Courtney BC. We will again be depending on the undergirding of Intercessory
believers praying according to the above concepts - to see the fruit that
God desires, and that we can allow Him to produce through us! It is not what
we do for Him! It is what we allow Him to do through us! J.A.W.*
