is one passage of Scripture that clearly brings out the truth and
God’s perspective on the </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">law</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">!
There is a law under the New Covenant: “the law of the </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">Spirit
of life</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:2) - and </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">this
law</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
has freed us from the </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">law
of :sin and :death</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
under the Old Covenant!</span></span></font></font></p>

is a very difficult concept for New Testament saints to receive. The
Old Testament is a covenant of Types and Shadows. In God’s sight it
was a </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">stop-gap</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
until His Son came to undo the death that came upon the human race by
Adam’s sin. By </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">one
man</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
sin came into the world. But - by </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">One
Man</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
, God’s only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, has the penalty
for that sin been paid at </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">Calvary</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">.
The 5-fold benefit of the Cross, as revealed in the 5 offerings of
Leviticus 1-7 - is a </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">Reality</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
for you and me! It frees us from the bondage of the Old Testament
Law, which was as it were our Schoolmaster - until Jesus ushered in
by His death and resurrection “The law of the Spirit of Life.”</span></span></font></font></p>

of teachers who would bring you back into the legalism of the
Galatians! These Judaizing teachers were busy in Jesus’ and Paul’s
day - and are </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">still</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
busy today. See Acts 15, and how the apostles and elders of the
church of Jerusalem - freed Gentile believers from he OT Jewish law.
Only 4 things were laid upon Gentile non-Jewish believers. And if
they can receive it - Jesus through Paul revealed that at the
destruction of the Jewish Temple in 70 AD, God gave a clear Word that
Jews too are freed through Christ into the One New Man - and they too
are freed from the legalism of the OT law. Of the 613 commandments
they were required to walk in prior to the Cross - 200 became
impossible to fulfill at the temple destruction. Sacrifices </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">ceased</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
then, because Christ’s sacrifice at Calvary fulfilled </span></span><u><span style="font-weight:normal">all</span></u><span style="text-decoration:none"><span style="font-weight:normal">
OT sacrifices! Very difficult for Jewish believers to perceive - but
true nonetheless.</span></span></font></font></p>

freeing the Jews as well as Gentile from the OT law, and ushering all
of us into the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus!</span></span></font></font></p>
