Here we have a 7-fold picture of Christ - yet </span><u>much more</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
than this! For our Lord Jesus uses the peculiar meaning of “Jehovah”
in each of these 7 references: “</span><u>I am</u><span style="text-decoration:none">”

the Pentateuch (Torah), Moses points out that the essence of the

was Jesus' use of this - that so enraged the Jewish leaders of His
day. They termed it “blasphemy” and took up rocks to stone Him.</span></font></p>

the Gospel of John, so John by the Spirit selects 7 of Jesus' signs

originally wrote the above outline in 1967, and now 45 years later -
the day before Resurrection Sunday - the </span><u>first</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
day of the week - I find we are celebrating Jesus' resurrection
(2012-04-07). Paul in 1 Corinthians 15 lays out how important and
necessary is the death </span><u>and Resurrection</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
of our Lord Jesus! Had He </span><u>not</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
risen, we would be yet dead in our trespasses and sins. But He </span><u>has</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
risen, and His “finished work” on Calvary is now </span><u>abundantly
justified</u><span style="text-decoration:none">! We </span><u>are</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
redeemed. We </span><u>have been</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
reconciled! He purchased the Presence of the Father, His heredity of
the indwelling Holy Spirit to </span><u>also</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
indwell us! Now </span><u>our</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
resurrection is assured at His Second Coming! </span><u>This</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
is the </span><u>Blessed Hope</u><span style="text-decoration:none">
of the believer! </span></font>
