This week the following analogy came to me very early Wednesday
morning July 13th. Some of you are no doubt aware that our
forebear James Watt of Greenock, Scotland (1736-1819) - did not
invent the steam engine. That was done 2100 years previously in 300
BC by Archimedes, and early in the 18th century, the
Newcomen engine was operating in Scottish mines pumping out water
early in the 1700's.

<p style="margin-top: 0.01in; margin-bottom: 0in;" align="LEFT">
When I was about 12, living with my family during Depression Days in
1935 in Murrayville BC, just East of Langley - my mother called me
into our home to look at the genealogical papers my father had just
received from Scotland, tracing out lineage directly back to James
Watt of Steam Engine fame. He as a young man graduated from an
Engineering College in London, England. He then received an
appointment at the University of Glasgow. Shortly after receiving
this appointment, he was sent down to one of their mines to repair a
steam engine. He easily did so, but was dismayed to discover that it
was but 5% efficient!</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0.01in; margin-bottom: 0in;" align="LEFT">
<br>
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0.01in; margin-bottom: 0in;" align="LEFT">
On his own time he put on 6 improvements, chief of which was the
“condenser”. This enabled the Newcomen engine to repossess the
steam without having to start over from scratch. This with 5 other
improvements produced a steam engine some 45% efficient. Robert
Fulton (1765-1815 from Pennsylvania) developed a commercially
successful steam-ship, and George Stephenson (1781-1818) put the
steam engine upon rails, making a practical steam locomotive. These
among other usages, set off the Industrial Revolution - plus our
ecological smog! In honor of the 100 inventions of James Watt, chief
of which was the efficient steam-engine - the electrical “watt”
was named after him.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0.01in; margin-bottom: 0in;" align="LEFT">
My grandfather from Scotland, father and older brother - were all
inventive steam and electrical engineers, building and operating
power houses for smelters, lumber mills and pulp and paper mills. I
was born in Crossett, Arkansas in 1923 at the time my father traveled
to the US from Canada to construct a power-house for a Lumber Mill
there. In 1929 my father's last construction job was a power-house
for the University of Washington in Seattle. Soon afterwards the '29
Great Depression drove my Canadian parents back to Canada, where I
received the major part of my education.</p>

As a preacher later on, I was often asked if I had any relationship
to James Watt of Steam Engine fame. I would reluctantly confess that
I had, but all the Watt genes jumped me. I could scarcely fix a
bicycle. But one of my relatives in Anacortes, Washington said,
“Don't feel badly, Jim! Your ancestors majored in steam and
electrical power. But God has chosen you to major in spiritual
power!” I have felt better ever since! It was last Wednesday that I
received the analogy above that I referred to.</p>

In the Fall of 1942, as an unbeliever, and as a student in the
College of Commerce at the University of British Columbia in
Vancouver, I was reading Psalm 107. When I came to verses 23 and 24,
for the first time in my life God by His Spirit spoke to my spirit:
“Join the Navy - and I'll reveal Myself to you.” In July of 1943
I did so, and 9 months later on Passover of 1944 <u>He</u><span style="text-decoration: none;">
did! Then in July of that year a Russian Jew, Dr. Jewell from
Calgary, Alberta, approached me in a church, and offered to teach me
Greek in exchange for my promise to study the works of the great Ivan
Panin. Never as a sailor had I heard of the great Ivan Panin. But
when I was discharged from the Navy in 1945, I used a Navy discharge
grant to purchase the 20 or so books”by” or “on” Panin listed
on the back of the 2 pamphlets given to me previously by Dr. Jewell.</span></p>

<span style="text-decoration: none;">When I received the Bible Numeric
Greek NT prepared by Panin, I was startled to learn from his
Introduction - that not only did Bible Numerics establish the
original NT text from some 3000 alternate readings - but it also
established the sentence, sub-paragraph, paragraph and section
(chapter equivalents) format for each of the 27 NT books, as well as
for the 39 Old Testament Hebrew books. </span>

I am a great “outliner”! A fellow student at St. Andrew's
College, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, one of 9 seminaries of the United
Church of Canada, was amused at my frustration at my university
grades I felt should be higher. He said, Give me an hour of your
time, and I'll show you how to raise all of your grades by one level.
If you are a “C”, you'll become a “B”; if a “B”, an “A”;
if an “A”, an “A+”. I didn't really believe him, but I felt
an hour of my time could be given to his offer. He showed me how to
outline my daily lecture notes; text-books; how to prepare an outline
before writing a term paper; how to write an essay type exam.</p>

The following year I won 3 scholarships, and graduated from the

1/3 less time doing so. I wasn't at the time even aware that such

So when I discovered the power of outlines for university honors - I
thought - what would happen should I take Panin's “format”
discovery, and summarize each sentence; gathering these summaries
into sub-paragraphs; the sub-paragraph summaries into paragraphs; the
paragraphs into section or chapter equivalents; and the sections into
the 27 NT Book Summaries? I tried it out on Ephesians! It was so
startling what I discovered, that I outlined the rest of God's Bible
Numeric Greek and English New Testaments.

I typed up his entire English NT according to the above 4-fold
structure discovered by Panin. I then worked this structure back into
his Greek text, which was printed too late to contain this discovery.
Then I hand-copied the entire Greek NT to correspond with the English
translation, not word for word, but clause by clause and sentence by
sentence. Then I outlined the entire Interlinear NT according to the
plan outlined above.</p>

have a Web-master post it on a Website! This started in 2007, and in

On December 31, 2010 I completed the first draft of “God's Bible

times, and the 4 gospels have been sent to the Printer. Before being
printed, it was suggested that I reverse the text order, placing the
English above the Greek text.</span></p>

<span style="text-decoration: none;">Now back to Archimedes and James
Watt. In a sense, Ivan Panin is Archimedes and the Newcomen engine in
existence in his day. Panin's discovery of Bible Numerics and how it
establishes the original Greek manuscript; plus the 4-fold discovery
of sentence/paragraph formatting - is astounding. However - without
the two texts becoming an Interlinear Greek NT; and without the
formatting leading to and </span><u>Outlined</u><span style="text-decoration: none;">

<span style="text-decoration: none;">In 1967 in answer to a request of

first was of an Organic Laser Telescope of 7 component parts. The
Lord as the Scientist and Director in an Observatory - said that
Marie and I were present to see the assemblage of these 7 component
parts - and what they then would do. This was because we had been
responsible in part for the production of the first 2 parts: namely -
the Bible Numeric </span><u>Outlined</u><span style="text-decoration: none;">
Interlinear Greek NT discovered by Panin - and secondly - the City
Church concept with an Eldership or Presbytery in the Gate of each
city as in Acts 13 and Acts 15. In December 7 of 2009, He revealed
the other 5 component parts over which we did not have a productive
part: 3) Prayer Multiplication based on Vertical Covenant with God
and horizontal covenant with partners. W.J.Ern Baxter brought out
these concepts. 4) The 12 Embryonic Revival Principles linked with
the 12 tribes of Israel from the 1948 North Battleford Visitation
under the leadership of George R. Hawtin. See our Website on
“Embryonics” for details. 5) </span><u>Bible Meditation</u><span style="text-decoration: none;">.
See George Muller and George Whitefield, with Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:1-3
and Psalm 19:14. 6) Intercession - as set forth by “Rees Howells,
Intercessor” by Norman P. Grubb, CLC Publication. 7) “Focus on
Jesus” - as seen through the eyes of Oswald Chambers, author of “My
Utmost for His Highest”. </span>

<span style="text-decoration: none;">In conclusion - “God's Bible
Numeric </span><u>Outlined</u><span style="text-decoration: none;">

parts to produce an Automated Laser Telescope for a “Spiritual Star
Wars” effect. Our Lord Jesus can then direct such an organic
instrument at Satanic principalities and powers over cities, regions
and nations - and effectively destroy them. With such evil spiritual
influences removed, revival is then a distinct possibility. Through a
second vision that same night, I saw 70 Canadian cities each
functioning with an Eldership or Presbytery in its Gate, plus another
70 in the United States. In 1967, I also saw four key cities in
Cascadia or the Pacific NW: Seattle/Tacoma; Vancouver/Victoria;
Portland/Vancouver WA - as a bow - and Spokane in which to draw back
the arrow string, and launch revival arrows to the Pacific-rim cities
and countries.</span></p>
