of Levi he said, Your Thummim and your Urim are with your godly one,
Whom you did prove at Massah, With whom you did strive at the waters
of Meribah; <font style="font-size: 8pt;" size="1">9</font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2">
Who said of his father, and of his mother, I have not seen him;
Neither did he acknowledge his brethren, Nor did he know his own
children: For they have observed your word, And keep your covenant.
</font><font style="font-size: 8pt;" size="1">10</font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2">
They shall teach Jacob your ordinances, and Israel your law: They
shall put incense before you, And whole burnt-offering upon your

above is a weighty passage indeed! Each point could make a sermon.
And contrast it with Genesis 49 and Jacob's prophecy over Simeon and
Levi - and one can only marvel at the contrast. What happened? What

and he went after the man of Israel into the pavilion, and thrust
both of them through, the man of Israel, and the woman through her

Numbers 25:10-13 5-FOLD: REWARD AND REVERSAL. “And Jehovah spoke
unto Moses, saying, </span></font><font style="font-size: 8pt;" size="1"><span style="text-decoration: none;">11</span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, has turned
my wrath away from the children of Israel, in that he was </span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u>jealous</u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
with </span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u>my

among them, so that I consumed not the children of Israel in my

here we learn from God's own thinking why Jacob's prophecy in Genesis
49 for Levi, and Moses word in Deuteronomy 33, differ </span></span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u><span style="">so
drastically</span></u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">!
It was because of Phinehas! </span></span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u><span style="">He</span></u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
caused this </span></span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u><span style="">reward</span></u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
and </span></span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u><span style="">reversal</span></u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">!

“And those that encamp before the tabernacle eastward, before the
tent of meeting toward the sunrising, shall be </span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u>Moses</u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">,
and </span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u>Aaron</u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
and his sons, keeping the charge of the children of Israel; and the
stranger that comes near shall be put to death.” </span></font></b><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">Levi
is divided up into 5 clear sections. Moses and Aaron occupy the first
2 sections in the East - next to the Tabernacle, and behind Judah.
Gershon with Ephraim; Kohath with Reuben; and Merari with Dan. </span></span></font><b><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><i><span style="text-decoration: none;">Our
:daily :bread Give us this day!</span></i></font></b></p>

MERARI. “And in the first </span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><i><span style="text-decoration: none;">place</span></i></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
the standard of the camp of the children of </span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u>Judah</u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
set forward according to their hosts; </span></font><font style="font-size: 8pt;" size="1"><span style="text-decoration: none;">17</span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
And the tabernacle was taken down; and the sons of Gershon and the
sons of Merari, who bore the tabernacle, set forward.” </span></font></b><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
Notice that on the “march” Judah is first, followed by Moses and
Aaron; then the Tabernacle of Boards and Curtains follow with two
Levite leaders: Gershon in the West has the curtains; Merari on the
North by Dan has the boards. </span></span></font><b><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><i><span style="text-decoration: none;">And
forgive us our :debts, as we also have forgiven our :debtors.</span></i></font></b></p>

Numbers 3:29, 31 (3:27-32) 5-FOLD: KOHATH & THE FURNITURE.
“The families of the sons of Kohath shall encamp on the side of the
tabernacle southward. </span></font><font style="font-size: 8pt;" size="1"><span style="text-decoration: none;">31</span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
And their charge shall be the ark, and the table, and the
candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary with
which they minister, and the screen, and all its service.” </span></font></b><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
Look at the wisdom of God in this. Gershon & Merari with the
Tabernacle follow Judah's 3 tribes, so that as soon as the “cloud”
stops, the Tabernacle can be set up. Then following Reuben and his 3
tribes, Kohath has the furniture to set up under Aaron in the
raised-up Tabernacle. By the time Dan fully arrives, </span></span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u><span style="">all</span></u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
is in operation! </span></span></font><b><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><i><span style="text-decoration: none;">
And bring us not into temptation.</span></i></font></b></p>

Exodus 26:26, 28 (26:26-30) 5-FOLD: THE 5 BARS! “And you shall
make </span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u>bars</u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
of acacia wood; </span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u>five</u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle, </span></font><font style="font-size: 8pt;" size="1"><span style="text-decoration: none;">28</span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
And the </span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u>middle
bar</u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">
in the midst of the boards shall pass through from end to end.”

that the </span></span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u><span style="">middle
bar</span></u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
alone extends the entire length of the two sides and back of the
Tabernacle. This is like the “apostle” represented by Moses; the
two shorter bars at the top - represent Aaron as prophet, and Kohath
as evangelist. These two ministries are closely related. The two
bottom bars represent Gershon as pastor; and Merari as teacher, who
is located on the north. Is </span></span></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><u><span style="">this</span></u></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
a Thus says the Lord? No - but a friend from the Midwest wrote a book
from Fort Lauderdale which contains this as highly suggestive. I
personally like the 5 bars of the Tabernacle boards looked over by
the Levites. I leave it to you. </span></span></font><b><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><i><span style="text-decoration: none;">
But deliver us from the evil </span></i></font><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;">one.</span></font></b></p>

apostle from Midian to Egypt, to deliver Israel from Pharaoh and his
world; and next lead them safely for 40 years through the Wilderness,
commencing this ministry at 80 years of age! Joshua at this time was
40. </span></span></font><u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="">This</span></font></u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
is the middle bar of the 5 - on the sides of the Tabernacle.</span></span></font></p>

of Aaron as Moses spokesman to Pharaoh, set by God as His prophet to
assist Moses, just as Silas assisted Paul. Think of Kohath, the one
assigned by God under Aaron to carry the Tabernacle furniture - </span></span></font><u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="">after</span></font></u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
Aaron and his sons have covered each article. Uzzah was struck dead
for touching the ark when oxen stumbled, because David hadn't
carefully read that Aaron was to see that the ark was </span></span></font><u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="">carried</span></font></u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
on Levitical shoulders! not set on an ox-cart as the Philistines had
done! This could be the evangelist.</span></span></font></p>

members of the body of Christ for ministry - so these 5 adjust

the 33 spiritual vertebrae - so that Christ - Head of His spiritual
body - can by the Spirit through the spinal cord, perfectly signal
any part of His body.</span></span></font></p>

many Americans have serious spinal back problems - up to 50 million

equippers in Ephesians 4:11-12 - are commissioned by Christ to
adjust, perfect and equip </span></span></font><u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="">every</span></font></u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
member of His body - that </span></span></font><u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="">all</span></font></u><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2"><span style="text-decoration: none;"><span style="">
are perfectly moving under His coordination!</span></span></font></p>
