THIS is the THRUST of the Greek Aorist. Forget what interpreters of these two verses say. Let the Word mean what it WANTS to mean, and let God SAY what He wants to SAY!

You better believe it! And who is behind this attack? Is it flesh and blood? NOT at all for we wrestle NOT against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers against the rulers of the darkness of this world against spiritual wickedness in high places. It is THE DEVIL and his angels and demons behind the unbelief of those who fear God's program and purposes! And what happens when we let God loose through the Holy Spirit to work out HIS HIGH purposes through us? Well it won't be a cemetery. It won't be where the DEAD congregate. Don't try and defend the indefensible in the Jewish Talmud and Mishnah. And see Paul in the last chapter of Acts he stated to the Roman Jews that he had nothing against "The Customs of our Fathers." Paul walked in the MIDDLE of the broad highway to God's

This in a spiritual sense can be applied to the double grafting mentioned above.
